Job description

Junior Project Manager

London - UK

We are looking for a Project Manager with a very good knowledge of English to join our London team. We require an experienced client-facing junior project manager to join this team in September to work on a variety of interesting projects. Our work spans B2B, B2C, and National Representative Projects, both quantitative and qualitative.
The main Industry sectors we deal with are Automotive, Energy, Fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), Finance and Insurance, Healthcare, IT, Political and Social, Retail and Wholesale, but they are not limited to the above list.
The team needs someone who can manage projects on a daily basis whilst delivering at an exceptional standard at all times. In all cases, we need a proactive, motivated individual who demonstrates ability to work under stress and can deliver our goals. The role requires a high standard of project management, as well as outstanding communication and coordination skills.

You will be responsible for the project management & delivery of the operational components of Quantitative research projects.
Your main duties will be:

  • Manage liaison with clients from the kick-off briefing to the end of the project guaranteeing client’s needs are always met.
  • Maintain the overview of all the running projects, monitoring project management activities on a daily basis
  • Manage relationships with team members, provide costing and offer advisory role throughout the project duration
  • Manage liaison with Finance teams to ensure invoices, notifications and documents are being distributed on time
  • Constant monitoring of budgets and job performance, taking the necessary action to ensure jobs stay within budget and on time.
  • Regularly communicates with the Field team, located in our London office or in other branches depending on the project, to check the status and objectives of projects, costs, timings and documentation.

Essential skills

  • Very good knowledge of English
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel
  • A high level of problem-solving, analytical skills and details attitude are critical.
  • Communicating regularly with colleagues regarding job status and working on projects according to a designated priority order.
  • Availability to travel (only for a few days) for briefing with clients, if needed

Field Supervisor

London - UK

CIF international is looking to recruit a highly professional Supervisor to join the team in their call center in Hammersmith, London.
The call center is part of the successful IFF International group and provides B2B and B2C International CATI data collection to a wide range of customers worldwide. We are looking for a dedicated Call Centre Supervisor to support, lead and monitor our Interviewers.

The role involves:

  • Working together with another supervisor, monitoring and leading the Interviewers during their shifts
  • Coaching Interviewers to help them achieve their best
  • Managing and organizing Interviewers’ shifts on a daily basis
  • Managing relationships with external Recruiting Agencies
  • Operational Control and monitoring of the projects in order that deadlines are met
  • Basic Admin tasks (Timesheets for Interviewers)

The supervisor will work on a shift basis and may be requested to do additional tasks (such as coding, translation of OE etc…) during quiet periods. The call center is usually open Monday to Friday from 9am to 8pm. Depending on the needs related to the different projects, opening times might vary and we might need to work on Saturdays.

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Previous experience in a Market Research Call center or similar background

The ideal candidate would be:

  • A team player who can work comfortably with a wide range of people
  • Pro-active, reliable and with problem solving skills
  • A good motivator and able to work under pressure

Written and spoken fluency in another language will be preferential criteria to select the candidate. Preferred languages would be English, German, Dutch, or one of the Nordic languages.
