This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses so-called “cookies”, text files that are stored on your computer, to help analyse your usage of the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transferred to a server of Google in the USA and stored there. In the case of the activation of the IP anonymisation on this website, your IP address will prior to the transmission in this case be truncated within a Member state of the European Union or other State that is party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area.
Only in exceptional cases will the complete IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and then truncated there. Google will on behalf of the operator of this website, use this information to evaluate your use of the website, for the compilation of reports on the website activity and to provision the website operator with further website and internet related services. Your IP address that is transmitted from your browser within the framework of the Google Analytics will not be pooled with any other data held by Google about you.
You can prevent the acquisition by Google Analytics by clicking on the link following. An opt-out cookie will be set, which prevents the future acquisition of your information when you visit this site:
or respectively under https://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/. We point out that Google Analytics on this website has been extended, to include the code “anonymizeIp”, in order to ensure an anonymous collection of IP addresses (so-called, IP masking).
Liability for web links
Our website entails links to external websites of third parties over which we have no influence, with regard to the content thereof. This pertains to third-party offers, the contents of which we explicitly do not adopt. The respective provider or operator of the website is always responsible for the contents of the linked website. The linked websites were checked at the time of linking for possible legal violations. Illegal content were not discernible at the time of the linking. We regularly check the contents of the websites, which have been linked by us, for legal violations. A permanent control of the contents of the linked web-pages is however unreasonable without concrete evidence of a legal violation. Upon notification of legal violations, we will immediately remove such links.
Statutory periods for data deletion
Due to legal requirements, specific storage obligations and periods apply. Pursuant to the expiry of these periods, the corresponding data is routinely deleted. Moreover, personal data is deleted, insofar as it is no longer required to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected, or insofar as the relevant legitimation basis for the data handling ceases to exist (e.g. through the revocation of consent).
Right of access to information
In the case of questions regarding the acquisition, processing or use of your personal data; please contact our external data protection officer Gerd Schramm, DATA-S – Data Protection and Information Security, www.data-s.de, firstname.lastname@example.org
